Meeting - 4/17/2023
We held our first public meeting on April 17th at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute (GMRI). The hybrid event hosted 16 participants and served as a chance to introduce the PRSC and to brainstorm about the most effective ways for the group to assist restaurants with their sustainability goals.
