The Portland Restaurant Sustainability Council was founded to provide an avenue for restaurants in the Greater Portland area to connect and network around sustainability issues in the food service industry. The Council’s purpose is to support the industry members by identifying barriers and opportunities to their sustainability goals and to assist them in finding and implementing solutions to achieve goals.
